TR600 Product Introduction
< Appearance Description >
1. The focal distance of the probe is 8mm (calculated from the window).
2. For ease of use, a positioning sleeve is designed to assist in focusing on the front of the probe. The positioning sleeve can be adjusted in length from 0 to 7.8mm.
3. When installing the laser optical fiber, pay attention to the positioning point on the optical fiber (male) connector, and correctly align it to the positioning hole on the connector (female) of the main unit.

Basic Function

< Measurement method>
Place the measurement object on the probe holder. The height of the probe can be adjusted for the best signal position. The object can use SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) chips, or it can be placed in a zipper bag for testing.

Warning! Please prevent the optical glass of the probe from direct contact with the measurement object, not to mess up the probe and affect the measurement result.

Precautions for Product Use
1. TR600 is a high-precision optical measurement instrument. Any collision, excessive vibration, or drop will affect the accuracy of the measurement.
2. To ensure the accuracy of the measurement, we suggest that to send it back to Top technology for calibration once a year.
3. The working environment temperature of TR600 is 25°C. Please DO NOT operate in an excessively high-temperature or extremely low-temperature environment to avoid inaccurate measurement results.
4. Please DO NOT place this instrument in a hot environment, DO NOT use a cloth or other weaves that affect heat dissipation to cover or wrap it. Otherwise, it may cause an instrument fault.
5. Please DO NOT disassemble, repair, or modify the machine on your own. If you find that the machine is faulty or cannot be used normally, please contact the dealer or customer service at our company.

Limited Product Warranty
Top Technology guarantees that we will provide the customer with a free repair or parts replacement of the equivalent of TR600 products during the warranty period if there is any defect or malfunction in material or function. This warranty does not cover any mechanical or environmental conditions resulting from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, insufficient or excessive power supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any damage due to unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
If any of the following situations occurs, this limited warranty will not apply:
1. This product has not been used following the provided operating instructions.
2. This product is not used for the correct purpose.
3.If the original identification information on any product is changed, erased, or removed, or if any product is sold as a second-hand product without proper handling or packaging, or resold in violation of local laws and applicable export regulations, the limited product warranty also does not apply.
4. This limited product warranty only provides repair or replacement services for defective products as described above.
5. Our company shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from the loss, damage, or error of the contents or data, or for determining the source of the system’s problem, or the demolition, repair, or installation of the product, and nor is it covered by the product warranty.
6. This product warranty does not cover the third-party software, connected devices, or stored data; therefore, it is not responsible for any loss caused by the third-party software, connected device, or stored data.
7. The company preserves the rights of updating and modifying our product design, Software, Firmware, specifications, and description content. And which are subject to change without notice.

< Within the Product Warranty Period >
1. TR600: One-year warranty.
2. New product replacement: Customers can apply for a new product replacement service with the original manufacturer after receiving it and finding product functional defects or malfunctions within one month. (Note: The product must be returned to the original manufacturer in the original package, and all parts must be included.)
3. Maintenance & Repair Services: If the product has a functional defect or malfunction after being received more than one month, the original manufacturer will provide free repair. (Note: the original manufacturer will perform a basic inspection first after receiving the defective product. If the inspection determines that it is not the product defect and malfunction, the warranty does not apply.)
4. How to send it back to repair: Consumers can return the products through the agent, or directly to the original manufacturer.

< The product is out of the Warranty Period>
After the product has exceeded the one-year warranty period, if the product has a functional defect or malfunction, the customer can still send the product back to the original manufacturer for repair. The company will charge the customer for repair based on the product’s defective condition. If the model of the machine has been discontinued, our company has the right to replace or repair it with an equivalent new product.

A high-power laser is used in this instrument (TR600). Please DO NOT stare at the measuring probe during operation, or expose your skin to the laser radiation area to avoid injury..
