Plastics Classification

Plastics are typically organic polymers of high molecular mass and often contain other substances. A polymers is a very large molecule, commonly composed of the polymerization of smaller subunits called monomers.

Creating a standard Raman spectral databases of plastics (PP, PS, PVC,…). By comparing the detecting result of the sample from databases to identify. It can identify what the sample is.

Application
