TR500 Product Introduction
< Instrument Appearance >
1. The focus distance is 8 mm (from window).
2. There is a sleeve designed for positioning focus, it can be adjusted, the range is from 0 ~ 7.8 mm.
3. When installing laser fiber, please notice that the male positioning pin on the fiber shall be aligned to the female positioning hole on main body.

Basic Function
< Power on/ off >
1. Power On: Please confirm that power cable has been plugged, switch it on, when “Standby” shown on LCM, connect USB to PC.
2. Power Off: When “Standby” is shown on LCM, remove USB, then switch it off.

< Method of measurement >
Place object on the probe stand and you can start to measure it. Probe height can be adjusted so that you can get better Raman signal, SERS measurement is possible.

Warning! Please DO NOT touch the window on probe, in case the result is affected.

Precautions
1. TR500 is one of the highest precise optical measuring instruments. Any collision, over vibration or fall drop will affect its accuracy in measurement.
2. To guarantee the accuracy of measurement, we suggest that user has to send this instrument back to us for calibration once a year.
3. The operation temperature of TR500 is 25 ℃, please DO NOT operate it under too high or too low temperature.
4. Please DO NOT place this instrument in hot environment, DO NOT use cloth or other weaves that affect heat dissipation to cover or wrap it. Otherwise, it may cause instrument fault.
5. If this instrument cannot be used or operated normally, please DO NOT disassemble or repair it by yourself.
6. The upgraded product function will be not notified, please go to our official website to update.

Limited Product Warranty
TOP Technology guarantees thatwe will provide free repair or parts replacement of same grade for our products TR500 during warranty, once if there is any defects or malfunctions in materials or functions. This warranty does not cover any mechanical or environmental conditions resulting from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, inadequate or excessive power supply, or any damage due to unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
The warranty does not apply to the following situations:
1. Users do not follow the instructions to use the product.
2. Users do not use the product for its designed purpose.
3. If any original identification information on the product has been altered, erased or removed, even it has not been properly handled or packed, sold as a second-hand instrument, or resold in violation of local export laws, the limited product warranties will be invalid.
4. This limited product warranty covers only on the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above.
5. Our company shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from the loss, damage, or error of the contents or data, or for determining the source of the system’s problem, or the demolition, repair or installation of the product, and nor is it covered by the product warranty.
6. This warranty does not cover third-party software, connected devices, or stored data. Therefore, we shall assume no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the third party’s software, connected instrument or stored material.
7. TOP Technology preserves the rights of upgrading or modifying our products appearance, software, firmware, specifications and notes. We will announce it on our website if there is any change.

< Product within Warranty Period >
1. TR500: One year warranty.
2. New product replacement: Consumers can apply for a replacement of new instrument within one month, after receiving it and found that there is any product failure or functional defects. (Note: The returned product must be in the original packaging with all parts included.)
3. Maintenance services: TOP Technology provides free repair for those who have found product failure or functional defects after one month of receiving it. (Note: After receiving returned product, TOP Technology will check basic functions. If the result is not the reason of product failure or functional defects, the warranty will not be applied.)
4. How to send it back to repair: Users can return the product to their agent/ distributor or to TOP Technology directly.

< When Warranty Period Is Expired >
After 1 years of warranty, users can still send back their product to TOP Technology due to the product failure or malfunction for repair. TOP Technology will charge the users for repair. If the model is no longer produced, TOP Technology has the rights to replace it with an equivalent new product.

This instrument (TR500) contains high power laser, please DO NOT stare at probe when operating it or expose your skin under the area of laser radiation.
